Welcome to All You S&C! I'm Peter Therriat, head coach and founder, dedicated to making you a stronger, faster, and more well-rounded athlete. My background includes a Bachelor's in Exercise Sports Science, assistant strength coaching for Texas State Rugby, and serving as a Fitness Specialist for the U.S. Air Force and Army. My Master's in Human Anatomy further solidified my evidence-based approach, which I apply to athletes of all levels. As a former "non-prototypical athlete," I understand the power of dedicated training to overcome limitations. Whether you're a young athlete learning the basics or a seasoned competitor, I'm here to guide your journey. Remember, in the end, IT'S ALL YOU!
